About

Hi, you have stumbled across my blog, this is an accompniment to my Fitness Sessions.

After getting into running and entering various events in 2012

5ks Bristol, Cardiff, Worcester, Reading, Richmond

10ks Bromley, Hatfield.

8 miles Lliswerry.

Half Marathons Bristol, Cardiff in 2012,

I also cycled 370 miles in under 4 days from Exeter, Devon to Tonbridge Kent.

I decided to make my New Year’s resolution assisting the people of Bristol with their fitness goals. I am hoping to help more than 5 people to get to a stage they can run

I am about to embark on a course tomorrow 13/1/13

I have no qualifications further than GCSE B in Biology 13 years ago so all the information is only my opinions. Although I am looking to work towards a Coach in Fitness Qualification in April

Thanks for reading, please dont be afraid to get in touch

If you have found anything on the blog helpful and I have made a difference then why not make a donation to charity

Last year I raised £1296 for the Willow Foundation and will keep my page open this year http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/runningforwillow

It  is the only national charity that provides psychological and emotional support for seriously ill 16 to 40 year olds through the provision of special day experiences.

Every special day aims to provide beneficiaries and their loved ones with a break from the realities of their diagnosis and treatment.  At a time of uncertainty, spending quality time with family and friends can help restore a sense of normality, boost confidence and create precious memories for the future
